Who are some of the influences in your musical culture?

Pink Floyd; the band's psychedelic period, the very visual aspect of their music; The Beatles and The Beach Boys were my first major influences. There was also The Kinks. Then I discovered jazz, and that style was also important to me, especially John Coltrane, Herbie Hancock, and Miles Davis. Robert Wyatt was also a significant role model. Later, I really got hooked on Bossa Nova and Brazilian Popular Music with artists like Chico Buarque, Milton Nascimento, and more recently, Fabiano do Nascimento.
