Independent artist and producer from Bordeaux, St Franck (Franck Lada) has been developing a unique musical universe for over 10 years, at the crossroads of psychedelic rock, experimental pop, and lo-fi electronica.

After a rich career in the UK, where he collaborated with artists such as Nick Brine (Oasis, Stone Roses) and played for Saint Leonard’s Horses (produced by Carl Barât of The Libertines), he is now forging his own path with a solo project built on a surreal visual identity and a soundscape of pastel and pixelated textures.

As active DJ in Bordeaux and London between 2008 and 2013, and as collector of rare vinyl records, St Franck draws his musical culture from Northern Soul, 60s pop, krautrock, and the Anglo-Saxon alternative scene. A self-taught musician, he began composing with limited resources—a computer, an 808 drum machine, an MS20, and Ableton—in his London flatshares. Today, he operates from a professional studio in Bordeaux Bastide, where he produces his albums from start to finish, as well as his music videos and visuals, all with a sophisticated artistic vision.
