If Grimme was a dish, what would it be?
I'm not sure ... Maybe a dish with lots of ingredients or lots of spices. I like to mix influences and timbres. Accompany my melodies with orchestral arrangements between strings, brass and old synthesizers. And at the same time, the basis of my songs is quite classic. So it might be a classic dish mixed with other flavors. A pizza with truffles? Or a salmon tartare with passion fruit? It is not easy! [laughs]
